We had the unfortunate privilege of being transferred to the NICU. We were very fortunate that our outcome was great and we were out quickly, but the Nurses were absolutely amazing. The entire NICU Nursing staff helped us, counseled us, and was just generally "there" when we needed them. I cannot speak highly enough about our treatment and experience here.
Just had to say thank you (once again) to the incredible staff at Presby Dallas. I've always received the very best care there, and this most recent visit was no different. I'm so very thankful for all the nurses and techs on the 4th floor of the Perot building - they stayed upbeat and helpful through all my ups and downs! ♡♡♡
If i could do no stars i would. Smh on there shi**y a*s service its a shame there own EMPLOYEE had to sue them #KnOWNFOREBOLA &ill be doing the same today.
Presby Dallas will always be special to me! I was born there and was a NICU baby, and my little girl was also born there recently and had a brief stay in the NICU, as well. I will forever be grateful for the quick action of your L&D team - without them we wouldn't be here. I can't remember all names, but a few special ladies have stuck out to me.
