I was there for a stroke! Couldn't ask for better care. RNs, Pt, 0Ts, docs. All super!
My boyfriend had out pt surgery here last week and everything was excellent. I have been a nurse for many years and was very impressed with this hospital. Everyone was kind, on the ball and professional. I also noticed the smiles on the faces of workers right down to the volunteers. Thank so much for a great experience. You rock!!
Construction noise level is out of control. The nurses are hit and miss between the good ones and the best ones. The doctors seem to be good at their field, but some could use work on their bedside manners. What's really ruining it is the excessive noise levels. If these things improve, it would be a much better hospital.
Totally shocked that my Dear Friend was released from Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas this evening and treated so badly. The attendant took her to the door "in the wheelchair" and told her to "Get Up and WALK to the car!" - It was raining and the attendant did not want to get wet. Well - My FRIEND Would LOVE TO WALK IN THE RAIN! She cannot walk and this outright rudeness was so hard to hear that my friend had to ask for help because she cannot walk.
