Wonderful place !! Most admirable!! My daughter receives a very good care here !!
My nephew was having surgery Wed the 19th . We spend almost 7 hours on the waiting area...he was supposed to be in at 2pm but got him in til 4...it was a long time but thanks to a employee there, he made it seem a pleasant day...i think his name was Jose he was coming in and out of room asking and telling the parents about how the procedures were coming along, and which was nice,and to keep my sister inform, he even went out of his wsy and got us ( me and my sisters) some coffee which in thankful for that. I love Texas Children's Hospital I wouldn't change it for no other Hospital.
Had another great experience at TCH. Everyone we encountered was friendly and patient and answered all of our questions. My daughter's surgery went perfect. It's so nice to have her back to her smiling self again.
I love this hospital!!! Professional & top care!!!
I have to say my first experience has been well. My granddaughter was rush to TCH with high blood sugar. They staff in both ICU and on the 14th floor have been great and are able to answer our questions about the new lifestyle that we are having to adjust to. Thank you TCH
