The ER could communicate that it's under construction so they have a limited number of rooms and that wait times are extreamly long, as in 8 to 10 hours long. Also, they can be compassionate like they used to be in the ER. No one cares that there's really sick kids in thes waiting room and not one staff member comes to check on the patients waiting. Lastly, have someone clean your waiting areas!! They're filthy. Food crumbs on the carpets, trash in n the floors, end tables and sofas. The chairs are sticky.

So far unimpressed ... we have been here for over 5 hours, seen in triage 3 hours ago ... my Child is sleeping on a bench. I was told that it he was next over an hour ago. I truly hope that incredible long wait is reflected in their reimbursement rates.
