We will be transferring our care elsewhere after yesterday's fiasco. My child had a acid rebound episode. Wires were crossed and the clinic did not submit prior authorization in time for my child to receive her Nexium refill in time. We paid close to $300 out of pocket because we didn't want to see our child suffer. Thanks, but no thanks.
