Starting with the ER nurse until the discharge nurse, our experience was so positive and they made the whole focus on our little girl who was so scared. They catered to her and all were amazing. I would never take my kid anywhere else!
My daughter went in for surgery, and the staff, from nurses to doctors to anesthesiologists, etc. were all so patient and kind! My husband and I were kept informed through the entire process, which was so comforting. You guys are doing an extraordinary job! Thank you!
It means the world to us as parents that the employees at Texas Children's Hospital have been so caring. When you have loved ones that have to receive long-term care in another state and you are unable to be with them on a day to day basis this means a lot. This is my first time here with my daughter and I am absolutely blown away by the hospital and it's staff. Everyone is kind and helpful and has made our stay awesome. There is not a better hospital. I will not take my children anywhere else . They are amazing.
