My daughter was taken to the ER tonight and I called into check on her since I couldn’t be there recently had a baby. Was told that I couldn’t be on the phone to find out what was going on. The PA that was in the room went to ask the charge nurse and came wack without a response. A dr had entered the room by that point with a complete change of care. I called to talk to the charge nurse Denise who was very rude and not helpful at all. All I wanted to know why all of a sudden the change in my daughter’s medical care. She refu... read more
