I brought my daughter to the ER last night and was beyond impressed with everyone and everything. She had been having a hard time breathing and the triage nurses were at my side the moment I told the front desk lady what was going on. We didn’t even sit down in the waiting area before they had us in triage and then into a room. When we got into the room, we were greeted by the doctor within 5 minutes and continued to see the doctor several more times over the course of the night. Recommendedmy care was excellent. people were great.. never felt nervous . was a nice feeling to be comfortable
Do NOT go to this emergency room!!! I went with a friend and her child who had a broken arm. Over 3 hours and still they did not splint it, give her an ice pack, or have a doctor look at it. Mom decided to go to a different emergency room. In less than 10 min they had it xrayed and said it was a bad break and needed immediate attention. They were shocked that texas children's Woodlands ignored the severity and left her sitting in the waiting room without any medical treatment for over 3 hours! The bones had to be set.
