Called the on call doctor on a weekend because my 9 month old was having an allergic reaction. Dr. Miller called back promptly and reassured us we were doing everything correctly. She called back two more times to check up on us throughout the day. Wonderful to be able to get a physician on the phone in minutes (on a weekend!!) who also followed up twice! We are in good hands!Thank you Dr. Miller and Texas Children’s!

This Hospital is not for minorities, though many do go there, because of few children's hospital are available. They mistreated my teen daughter and removed the call light from her after OR for a procedure still with effects of anesthesia and severe weakness on her legs. The doctor took the call light and forced her to sit on the couch and told her she is just being lazy to go to the bathroom. unfortunately when they left her alone she tried to get up and slid to the floor, sat there and vomitted even on herself, managed to ... read more

Disappointed with the scheduling in the pediatric cardiology department @Texas Children's Hospital. Stop rescheduling surgeries at the last minute. My 7 year old daughter had her second open heart scheduled for Oct 12, 2018. I was called on Oct 10 and told that her surgery was being cancelled. This is the 2nd time that her surgery has been cancelled! The reason I keep being told is because there are not enough doctors, not enough bed space, and babies that need surgery.
