The whole staff was friendly, helpful and made a bad day so much better. This was my first time needing urgent care for my child and if I ever need it again I will definitely use them again. They treated my 18 month daughter like a person and completely respected her comfort. Dr. Young and Brent were fantastic!!
We showed up 25 minutes before closing time w/ a 13 month old who had a significant fever, wheezing & possible ear infection. They could have rushed through it all & sent us on our way but they didn't! We had already been tuned away by another facility BC it was "too close to closing" so I didn't know what to expect here... they took their time, paid very close attention to all of the details, and made sure we had relief that we wouldn't have gotten from a pharmacy at that hour. This place has always treated my boys very well. Amazingly nice, specially the guy at the front desk (sorry, didn’t ask for your name) and the Dr is so nice as well as the nurses!! My boys love this place, very professional and very very fast! You can check in online and be attended quick!!! I highly recommend this place! I no longer have to wait for over 2 hours at Carousel Pediatrics!! Thank you guys for all the attention!!

We ended up at Texas Children’s Urgent Care over the weekend after my child reported ear pain. The doctor and staff were amazing and efficient. No long wait times. Everything geared towards entertaining kids. Going to urgent care is never fun, but having a place like Texas Children’s makes it a little easier.
I've never considered a career in medical, but the staff here made me rethink that. Everyone was very friendly and down to earth. We worked with multiple practioner who were all truly exceptional, but Ryan really left a lasting impression on us. The doctors collaborated and made an effort to make a connection with my 2 year old, and it made all the difference. I wish our primary care facility was this great!
