Ian in the front greeted us immediately and could see I was in panic mode and was so prompt and nice! our nurse Brent he was amazing before we even got called back he was already talking to my daughter and getting to know her so she wouldn’t be scared. Kelly the NP so nice and warm she listened to my concerns and addressed the issue quickly and with quality care. We were visiting from out of town. We felt very welcomed! It was little things but it made our visit comforting!
compassionate staff, flexible hours and the best possible care that you can imagine provided for busy full time working parents. It was such a relief to find out that they are open till 11 PM, so one, I wouldn't have to wait all night to have my child seen and second don't have to take off from work the next day as well. They also offer Sat and Sunday till 8 PM.
Wonderful facility, very kind and professional doctors, very reasonably priced. Definitely worth every penny. I made an appointment online 45 mins before we got there, we had no waiting time. It's nice to feel that well taken care off.
I’ve taken a couple of my kiddos to this location and have always gotten superb service! This time takes the cake for me! My son is Autistic so I could have been sent to ER for stitches but Nurse Brent went above and beyond with patience! The whole team is awesome: Ian, Rosa, Brent, Dr. Prajapati, and Lummer! Thank you so much for such a good experience! Highly recommend!
