We've had to take the kiddos in a few times just to have them checked out for things like an ear infection or flu. We couldn't be more pleased with the way this is run from the front desk to the Dr. we see. Not a long wait and everyone is so wonderful with children. One of our boys is on the spectrum, and they cared for him beautifully.

Great experience there today with my son. We were seen very quickly. The nurse (Sophie) and the Dr (Dr Avalos) were very patient and had wonderful bedside manners. Thank you!
I was not expecting what I got! Since I walked in the door the guy at the reception was awesome very welcoming ! The nurse very gentle with my daughter! The Doctor was very patient with me and all the concerns I had. Even the guy that just came to give my daughter the pain medicine was joking with my other son. At the end they both got lots souvenirs 🙊. Although we ended up there because my daughter was in pain and swallow we had a great time there. Definitely going back if I had to! Circumstances aside (flu swan and IV) we had such a positive experience. Our 4 year old walked in and said “This place is cool!” It was clean, colorful, and Disney JR was on every television. But most impressive was the staff. They were patient, kind, and so friendly. We were offered waters, sent home with gatorade and goldfish, and both girls got fun little treasures to take home. I am so thankful that our pediatrician referred us there. They took such great care of us. Thank you!!

Excellent place!. All the people are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Rosa, Janeth and Dr. Avalos. We returned home feeling more relaxed knowing that our daughter was well attended.
We had a great experience here! I checked the reviews first and I was impressed so I reserved a time on their website. Got there and they saw us right away. The waiting area and staff at front desk are great. The doctor answered all our questions and our little girl was feeling much better the next day. They even called us the next day to check how she was doing and if we had any questions. We will be going here from now on for our girls' urgent care needs.
