I love my doctor/Obgyn but the customer service at this hospital is by far the worst. Poorly managed and they don’t care for their patients well. I’ve had two hospital stays and while the operation is too notch bc of my fantastic obgyn, my hospital stay was a NIGHTMARE BOTH TIMES!
The staff here is so helpful and welcoming. We live a hr away and the drive is well worth it. I truly feel we couldn’t have got the service we got any where else!!!
Business response:
Thanks so much for your recommendation, Kyle. We are so happy to hear our staff is taking great care of y'all!
I had a high risk pregnancy. I was able to have a successful TOLAC. I had to stay many days after due to high blood pressure but I was so well taken care of by the nurses, doctors and the pediatrician who came to see my baby daily. The OBs would always stop by and talk to me about what was happening and such. It is scary to be in hospital so long while covid is happening but I felt safe. I cant thank Texas Childrens Hospital, The Center at Greenspoint, my nurses and doctors. Thank you!

On 8/22/2020, I came here due to heavy bleeding. I was 19 weeks 2 days. When I arrived at the hospital my water broke. Doctor Armstrong did nothing to make me feel comfortable she sent me home worried saying it was nothing she could do. I asked what I could do and she said nothing! I felt like I should’ve been admitted to the hospital and put on antibiotics to reduce the risk of infection. Y’all don’t have the same heartache and compassion as parents do when they lose a child. To y’all it’s just doing a job. I asked would my... read more

Thank you for your recommendation and comments, Barette! We love working with y'all!
I had my baby here in October 2019. Dr. Wanda Mott was my OBGYN. Great hospital, Awesome staff! I had a very pleasant stay. The only reason why I am no longer a patient is because I've since relocated out of state.
Knowledgable doctors and staff! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else if you’re high risk through your pregnancy. Amazing! They really do care about you and your child.
