If I could I would give no stars!! After signing my daughter in and informing the front desk we were from out of town and had Louisiana medical insurance we were forced to wait longer. The insurance clerk made me give her the phone number to our insurance so she can verify our insurance. We then waited 2 1/2 hours and was brought to the back. A nurse never came to check on my daughter or ask if we needed anything until AFTER we saw the doctor. My daughter had zero signs of COVID and the doctor was extremely pushy for me to g... read more

My 9m old went in for surgery and only one parent was allowed with him while the other has to sit in the truck and wait to hear whether or not everything went fine! These people claim I understand but in all reality they do not! How can they allow only one parent to go back with their child especially when the child is getting put under at 9 months!!!!

A traumatic experience turned into a terrific recovery when Dr. Kushare and the awesome staff at Texas Children’s at the Woodlands cared for my 5 years old baby girl who severely broke her arm at her elbow. Needless to say, we arrived at the hospital in the ambulance with a my daughter who was shaking from the trauma after falling several feet from a monkey bar onto the hot Texas ground.
