Bug crawling on wall, hair in salad, medium rare steaks cooked medium well. Manager could have cared!!
Make a reservation would be my suggestion. This place is always packed and for good reason! The wood fire grilled steaks are always cooked to perfection. Just got back after having birthday dinner with my fiance, couldn't be any more happy! Also enjoyed the change they made with regard to the free birthday dinner! I Have been to some very high end steak houses and The Texas Cattle Company will always get repeat buisness from me!

My family and I went for my birthday dinner. This was the first time ever going to TCC. We made reservations and were seated as soon as we walked in. The table they sat us at was a bit tight so we ended up having to move to a different booth which was better. The salad and bread was delicious. I upgraded my Birthday steak and asked for medium well and it seemed to be ok when I started to eat it but the closer to the bone I got the more rare it was. I myself and my daughter and son-in -law ate at your restaurant on 2/28/18. There were only three of us and Damon the waiter charged us for four people. I have written on this website and called and talked to a manager and they were supposed to fix it but they never did. So I disputed it on my credit card and they would not agree to take it off of my credit card since I signed the bill. I didn't realize it until I got home that he overcharge me. Made reservations got there on time had to wait while the hostess was introducing her mother to every employee there finally got seated 10 minutes past with no offers of drinks. We got up and left horrible customer service.
A little disappointed. We have been here multiple times. Had our wedding reception here 8 years ago. Many birthday dinners for my husband and I. Our soon to be 12 year wanted to come here for his birthday. I called to make the reservation and they told me he would not qualify for the free birthday steak because he does not have a valid ID. I asked if We can bring his birth certificate. She said no he has to have an ID because they are for “Adult Meals”. I said that was pretty sad because he eats off of the adult menu. No better place to eat best steak in Florida I would always recommend it
It's been probably 20 years since I have eaten here and had great memories of it ...but.... we (5 of us) went for a nice dinner and after waiting over an hour for our food (2 other tables were seated served and left next to us) we finally asked that our food just be boxed up to take home.... we got there around 6pm and finally got to eat (@ home) @ 830....
