I’m not a big fan of smoked meats but the server gave great options and said they could wrap the steak in foil before putting it on the fire. Excellent option with just the right amount of flavor for me. I’m a basic salt and pepper on my steaks kinda gal. The server was great as well as the Manager, Steve who stopped by the table to make sure everything was great. One of the best steak places I’ve been to in a long time! The filet was cooked perfectly with a delicious charred crust, it just melted in your mouth. And the Salted Caramel Cheesecake with their homemade whip cream was to die for! Oh so good!! I’d go back just for dessert!
