The whole process was really fast. I hadn't finished my paperwork before I was called back. The staff was really friendly and fast. I was out in record time. I would definitely recommend trying them.

Such a great place. Took my daughter in tonight, they called her back as I was about to sit down and fill the paper work out. They made us feel like family. She had to get a xray and get check for the flu and strep. Which she doesn't have. They did give her a shot and the 2 guys made her feel very at easy about the whole shot. Thanks texarkana emergency center for everything.
This is truly emergency care, no waiting. They have the diagnostic equipment and staff to figure out what's wrong. Dr. Kelley was excellent on the 2 occasions I have been there.

From the moment you walk in the door until you leave- everyone is very attentive and so professional! Best place to see a real doctor when you need one! I will use them again!
When I arrived to Texarkana Emergency the front desk lady took my information and before I was even able to sit down they were calling me back. The nurse right away took my information and she left the room and the doctor came right in after reading her information. GREAT PLACE, GREAT TEAM and, GREAT DOCTOR ( Bo Kelley ). That is why they earned 5 stars!!! Thanks for the great Service.
I was directed by my insurance care nurse to go to the ER. The parking lot was pretty full, and expected a wait. Instead, I was taken straight back, Steven, my nurse came straight in, and care was started. They had all the capabilities to immediately start an IV, do an XRAY, and a CAT SCAN. I was given warm blankets and was checked on more times than I can count to make sure not only I, but my family member as well, were comfortable. Excellent care!
