They are awesome I was there maybe 35 to 40 minutes and was taken care of and on my way home feeling almost 100% better. The nurses and doctors were very friendly and caring.
We went to Texarkana Emergency Center on Saturday night around 8pm. We were in the room seeing the dr in less than 10 minutes. Everyone, from the sweet lady at the front desk to the Dr and nurses were so kind and welcoming. Dr. Kelley treated my fiancée and we were out in under an hour with 2 shots, instructions, prescriptions, and further instructions on what we needed to do if we didn’t see improvement. Excellent place to receive the best and fastest help in Texarkana. A plus for our community.
This past weekend, Saturday morning about 3:30am I went to the Texarkana Emergency Center by the Mall. I was in so much pain but was quickly takin in the back, got pain mess and a Cat scan where we found a kidney stone. I was very pleased with the professional attitude of the staff and the care they gave me!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍 out of five.
I highly recommend TEC! Best experience at a doctors office I've ever had. I was called back as soon as I sat down, and was out within 30 minutes! I can't say enough wonderful things about my nurse, Zach, and Dr. Jacobsen. They were professional, but also very friendly, and caring. They explained everything so well, and gave the best care. I will continue to use TEC, if needed in the future!
I will absolutely recommend TEC to anyone and everyone! Me and my fiance took our 3 week old due to a fever and they were beyond patient and sweet! We didn't even finish the paperwork and we were already getting called back! The staff was so caring and Dr. Spence was amazing! Thank yall so much for taking such good care of our son!
