While I did not particularly care for the doctor, I am highly appreciative of Steven, and he's the reason for the 5 stars. He was very calm and explained things to me in a manner that didn't upset me further. I am so glad he was there that night and took care of me. If I ever need another ER visit, he will be the reason I return to TEC.

Why do you not take Tricare? I needed doctor after hours and was turned away.
Our family has used TEC twice this year. Both times we were seen immediately, no wait time! Staff was friendly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!
Went in with a broken foot and before my wife could write my name on the paperwork the staff was already taking me back. Was in x ray within minutes and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My whole trip in and out was less than 40 minutes. Highly recommend Texarkana Emergency Center over the traditional hospital ER. Great service.

Two weeks ago my husband was complaining of stomach problems and shortness of breath. He finally agreed to go see a Dr. on the way, his anxiety level went from 1 to 100! So, we're heading to the hospital. It was so bad, I stopped at Texarkana ER. Praise God I did!! After I took him in I parked my car. When I got back in, they were already working on him! Back in April, I was on vacation and nearly broke my finger. The fine people at Texarkana Emergency Center ER were absolutely the best! I'll be back next year and hopefully just to say hi! Thank you all very much.
I've never experienced an ER that I felt I was cared for instead just another number. Nurses and Dr. Young were amazing .
