The best care I’ve ever had, went Friday evening was back seeing Dr. Groom before I had started filling out paperwork; everyone was so nice & accommodating; was followed up the next day with a phone call highly recommend Texarkana Emergency Center�������
The Dr and the entire staff are amazing � they don’t just do blood work then send you home they go above and beyond to find out what is wrong with you. Thanks so much to Dr. Kelly and the entire staff for all that y’all did for my husband Dennis Garton.
I can't remember the nurses or the Drs name but it was 10-31-17 at around 830pm when I arrived and to say I was seen promptly is an understatement. I was given the paper work as soon as I walked in and as I sat down to fill it out I was called to the back it literally took me my whole visit to fill it out that's how quickly they took care of things. Went to Texarkana ER for the first time, last week with my husband, who had a sudden, severe, late at night onset of strep throat. We couldn't have asked for quicker, more efficient treatment. Very thorough, complete, and effective treatment. We've seldom used an ER, but so pleased to know that Texarkana ER is there.
I took my husband to Texarkana Emergency Center with chest pains. They were amazing. Within 5 minutes he was in a room having tests run to determine if it was cardiac. Everyone was very professional, courteous and prompt. Tests came back positive that it was a cardiac event. He was then quickly transported by ambulance to St. Michael by passing the usual emergency room experience.
