Thank you Dr. Young, Dr. Jacobsen, Brian, and Chandra for taking great care of me! Texarkana Emergency Center is the place to go for great emergency health services with truly caring doctors and nurses. Dr. Matt Young is truly what is advertised...a hometown caring physician. I highly recommend Texarkana Emergency Center.
If I could give them 10 stars I would. We have had to use twice, both times they have surpassed expectations.
I went to Texarkana Emergency Center last night for severe ear pain. I had to take my 11 month old with me and everyone from the receptionist out front to the security guard to the nurses and Doctors were all caring with both of us. They even gave my little one a toy to play with and keep. . Thank you Dr. Baldwin for listening to me about my pain and not just blowing it off and telling me to go see someone else. I was in and out within an 35 minutes and highly recommend them to anyone who needs an ER
This was a great experience. When my son was really bad sick we got the care and treatment he needed. The staff and Dr were very caring. We even received a call from the Dr the next day to check on my son.
This place is the best!! I got right in, X-rays done and was in a sling in about an hour.. from the front desk to the dr’s,nurses, & techs y’all are the BEST!!!
They are a very nice group of people that treat you with the utmost respect from time you first come in until you're leaving out the door. Thank each and everyone of you.
