I went in thinking it was my appendix. I was called back before I even started paperwork (If I had went to Wadley or St. Micheal, it would have taken all day.) They were quick and polite. They made sure that I was comfortable and that neither me nor my husband needed anything while waiting on test results. Every employee I encountered cared and talked to me on a personal level. The staff are amazing! They listened to everything you had to say and took it into consideration! I had bad kidney pains last night and once I was in the room they got to asking my questions but I defiantly didn’t feel overwhelmed with all the questions they took their time! I also have chicken veins and normally have to have an IV through my hand. No one ever listens to me and pokes me five times in my arm before going to my hand. The best doctor/nurses I've seen since my old family doctor moved from my home town. Thank you guys. I'm doing much better.
We were new to the area and had to take our two and a half year old in for croup at 2 in the morning. The staff was super professional and efficient. I really appreciate the time and care they took to explain everything and to really make my son feel comfortable. I would definitely consider going there again for similar issues instead of the main hospital ER.
The staff were so very kind. I was having a lupus flare up this weekend and in my experience people are not usually knowledgeable on how to treat them. Well to my surprise this staff was. I was so very thankful for that. When you are in pain the last thing you want to do is have to explain what is needed. Highly Highly recommend them.

I was having trouble with blood pressure. Needed to see a doctor ASAP! Went to Texarkana Emergency Center, soon as I sat down to fill out the forms I was called back. The doctors we're AWESOME! They stayed with me and helped to regulate my blood pressure. Love this place and the doctors. I highly recommend....
Just left with my wife.. extreme shoulder pain to the point she was crying alligator tears. Dr Kelly walked in looked at her got X-rays and sent ER on her way in 10 minutes if not less. No the x-ray showed nothing and she was saying it hurt in her joint. She left still in excruciating pain. This use to be one of the better facilities to go to but anymore it's crap. You don't let someone leave who is in that amount of pain.
Highly recommend! Fast, friendly, and caring staff!
