Fast, efficient and courteous! In and out within 40 minutes!
EXCELLENT staff!!! Thank you for going above and beyond to make our experience as comforting and easy as possible! Checked in, took back within a few minutes, evaluation by doctor, x-rays, results, splint put on, and released within an hour and a half with referral to check up next week. Paid out of pocket but well worth the $ for the quality of service we received and not having to wait hours in a hospital ER. I highly recommend this place!
On 03/14/2018 we took our 6 month old son in who had been vomiting for over a week in to this ER at the request of our pediatrician. We chose this facility over St. Michael because with a sick 6 month old child we didn’t feel like fighting the hours long wait and service at Christus. At TXK ER our son was in a room within five minutes, and was being treated by the doctor (Dr. Kelly) within ten minutes. He put our mind at ease, and got us on a viable treatment plan. I recently was a patient and was very impressed with the staff and the facility. I did not have any wait time and was seen, had a CT scan, treated and out within an hour! We also took our son last year when he had a serious allergic reaction.. thank you Dr Young for the excellent care by you and your staff!
This place is the best. Quick making sure the patient is comfortable and checking to see if they need anything. Doctors are excellent and very caring. The rest of the staff is wonderful. They are always smiling and friendly. I recommend to anyone. They just don't take medicare so wish they did. It beats going to the ER and waiting forever.
I was amazed with my visit to the TEC. I was in and out before I finished the paper work. Very professional staff and clean facility. Thank you all at TEC.
