Had a great experience at Texarkana Emergency Center. Didn’t even get started on admission paperwork before we were called back to a room. The staff was great! Overall a great experience. My family and I will be using them for all of our emergency needs.
They are fast and vary good help me with everything going on will be back if needed
We took my son there for an infusion of his clotting medicine on Friday night due to some bleeding he was having. (He has hemophilia) They were all wonderful about it. Our nurse Ray took excellent care of us and Dr. Jacobsen even called our Pediatric Hematologist to make sure we got the right dose of factor. Ray called us to check on us the next couple of days. They really give personal care and are truly concerned with their patients well-being. I just can’t brag on them enough.
We had to take my son today here from a school field trip accident. We were seen right away and had the best staff. The Dr was super nice too. Y’all deserve 10 stars thank you.
I went in last Sunday afternoon with what turned out to be a sprained knee. I was in and out in an hour! Friendly and efficient staff!!
By far the best urgent care clinic I’ve been to! The staff was super friendly and they saw me immediately.
They were careful what how they did things I would strongly recommend using them again
I went here last week and I was called back to the room before I finished filling out my paperwork. The nurse (Dustin) was awesome and took his time talking to me and pointed out some things for me to think about before I made a decision on my medical treatment. Dr. Jacobson then came in and was very knowledgeable and had a good bedside manner. I highly recommend this facility.
