A very good experience will definitely go back if need be
I had to take my 5 month old to TEC a couple of weeks ago. I was so worried what the outcome would be since she had hit her head. But they got us back immediately and took such good care of her. Did a CT just to make sure wasn't anything that needed to be taken care of. They were so wonderful with her and they even gave her a stuffed puppy dog! I highly recommend TEC to anyone needing an ER!!
I took my husband in for chest pain. We had to stay for a while for some tests, but they made us very comfortable. Then, they helped us get in to see a Cardiologist the next morning. I really appreciate the concern and care that We received! Thank y'all for your Awesome Service!
I want to Thank Dr. Kelley and All of his staff for the immediate treatment provided to me during my illness. There was no wait, and all of the staff was ready and waiting for me as they took me back to the exam room. Very pleasant and made me feel like I was family and not of the unknown. They truly do care about your needs and waste no time to find out the situation and what they can do to help fix it. I am so grateful to all of them. I would recommend all my family and friends for all thier medical emergencies.
RecommendedI was greeted by a very friendly front desk employee. I was able to be seen immediately. My 5 yo son had a double ear infection and was in a tremendous amount of pain. The nurse and doctor were amazing with him. Everyone was so nice. I was from out of town when I visited Texarkana ER. I wish there was one in my hometown. I highly recommend.
Friendly staff....great service and seen in a timely manner
This place is amazing. They were very attentive to my husband and very courteous to the rest of us. If ever we have to visit an emergency facility again this will be it. Thank you son much for the hospitality and care you provided.
Could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was nothing short of amazing - from the receptionist and security at the front to Dr. Young and all the nurses that provided care. They were also very fast. We didnt even get sat down in the waiting room before they were ready.
Went in with pain being at a 10 in my hip down to the knee and was called to the back before I got the paperwork filled out. Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. I will recommend this faculty to anyone that is in need of fast professional treatment. Keep up the good work.
