Had a great experience at Texarkana ER this past Tuesday. We didn’t even get paperwork filled out and we were back in a room. Everything was so fast and efficient. Everyone was so nice and attentive. We also got a follow up call the next day to check on my baby girl. Huge shout out to Dr Young, Dustin and Brooke for all your help.

No parents want to go through this, but when Lorelai fell on the playground at school and had to go to the ER I was completely blown away by the professionalism and consideration of the staff at Texarkana Emergency Center. Lorelai had to get 5 stitches on her forehead and was understandably concerned during the process, but Dr. Kelley's calm demeanor and the engagement of the support staff ensured Lorelai was able to calm down and relax while they sewed her up. I visited Texarkana Emergency Center when I was in town on a business trip and I cannot say enough kind things about the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and sympathetic and provided me with the right care to ensure I made it home safely the next day!
I had to bring in my daughter today for stitches due to falling on the playground at school . The doctors and staff were so kind, walking my husband , daughter, and I through the entire process-even asking for confirmation before giving care. These gentlemen exhibited remarkable bedside manner with my five year old daughter and we cannot thank them enough.
This place really put me at ease today..Doctor Kelley was so comforting and truly took his time to explain everything to me to get me feeling better. From everyone to the nurses, Zach (I hope I got that name right)..to the lady and security guard at the front were all wonderful. I appreciate all of you today. I highly recommend this place. Dr. Kelley, you’re awesome!
