RecommendedMy sweet daddy took a really scary hard fall to his head yesterday which left him swollen, bloody, and beat up. Due to concern for not only external injuries but internal ones, the decision was made to get him checked out and scanned. Praise God that Texarkana Emergency Center was able to see him, run a CT, and give us peace of mind. There is nothing fun about being sick, but I can honestly say that your staff made me feel better. from the security guard, receptionist, nurse and my Dr. I hope that I don't have to visit again, but I have recommended your office to several people. I took my 14 y/o daughter here in June after picking her up from church camp extremely ill. Dr. Spence was very professional with her and everyone was super nice. They treated my 14 y/o like you should treat a 14 y/o- and Dr. Spence was very patient with her and explained all the tests and procedures to ease her worries as much as possible. Fast service and as said before, ALL staff at Texarkana ER were courteous and attentive. I felt confident knowing all appropriate tests were run to do what was best for my daughter.
The staff at Texarkana Emergency Center were SO amazing! I went in for chest pains last night and had to stay over night for observation. I didn’t even have to wait in the waiting room, they took me straight back. After running some tests and moving me to a comfortable room they offered to order me food from wherever I liked. I asked for McAlisters and they took care of everything!! Really good people there. I am new to the area and had an emergency with a condition that i have and I went to Texarkana emergency center and was so overwhelmed with the kindness and care that were given to me. I checked in and didn't even have time to sit in the waiting room bag of they had already called me back. Dr. Bowman and the entire staff were so kind. From checking on at front desk to having xrays to getting a referral to ortho for possible surgery to having an injection...I was there less than 1 1/2 hours. Dr. Young and staff were fast and friendly. I wish I could get that kind of service everywhere I go. Service that is great without the wait.
The service and staff was very fast and friendly. But on the downside you need to check on your insurance cause I just found out that most insurance company is out of network for them which is not good for around here.
Great place for excellent care! If you have a billing issue, they care and will work with you. If you need EMERGENCY care, this is the place to go! :)
