RecommendedOn January 10, 2019 my husband carried me to Texarkana Emergency Center cause I was in severe pain. The staff, nurses and Dr Young were all polite, caring and concerned. They made me feel comfortable. The tests, iv and diagnose was very quick and efficient. All the paperwork was completed where I could go straight to the hospital and to a room. Every single person I encountered at Texarkana Emergency Center was helpful, kind, and professional. It was my first visit and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was definitely surprised with how wonderful everyone treated me! Definitely recommend 10 out of 10. 🤗
Sick on Christmas and so happy they were open !
walked in barely got sat down in the waiting room & was called back to the back they had all my vitals, medical history done & I saw the doctor all Within seconds!!! I was in & out on less than an hour! got to the pharmacy & they were out of what was prescribed it was the weekend before new years.. everywhere else was closing so I went back to TEC & asked if they could give me a different medicine or something they knew i couldnt wait a whole weekend & holiday for it! they always get you in and out within an hour,very polite and very good... wouldn't go anywhere else...😊
Cannot say enough great things about Texarkana Emergency Center!! Took my sweet daughter in last night with a very scary high fever and they greeted her with a stuffed animal and smiles. We were called back to a room before our paperwork to fill out was even finished printing. The whole staff was so helpful and sweet to her and made sure to take extra special care in making sure she was treated quickly and thoroughly. The nurses and doctors were amazing and I am so thankful for them and how easy they made the whole process!
The staff were very nice & professional. They were very fast. The doctor was great.I highly recommend this place.
Went in this morning feeling terrible and already feeling much better! This was my first time using Texarkana ER, but definitely won’t be the last. Received excellent care in a very nice, clean and comfortable setting. Everyone was pleasant from the front desk to the physician. Very competent and courteous staff!
