RecommendedWe came early Sunday morning with my mom. Everyone was so professional & extremely helpful! Not to mention polite & caring! They found out my mom needed to be hospitalized and they took care of everything and made sure she got a room straight to the ICU. They transported her via ambulance straight to the hospital & her room! So very thankful for there service!
After a week of serious, crushing headaches, my son an Eagle Scout and a physician in the Southeast, kept calling me until I went to the Texarkana Emergency Center. I was diagnosed and treated promptly and on my way in about an hour on a Sunday afternoon 1/27/19.
Recently went to Texarkana Emergency Center with the flu. No wait, staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I would recommend using them for any emergency.
In ans out in less than a hour. Even though I got bad news of having flu, staff was soo nice and quick to give me what I need soo I can start feeling better

I was recently seen at TEC on 1/17/19 the experience from the time I walked in the door was amazing. The front desk clerk Shaun was so sweet, Dustin my nurse was so caring and immediately started caring for me and Dr.Bowman has such a great bed side manner, he’s so caring and helped calm my emotions. I stayed with them for 10 hours in observation they put me in a actual room with a bed and tv. The entire staff from the front desk to the nurses, radiologist and physicians were awesome. I was seen promptly with no waiting. Everyone was very kind, caring and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this emergency center. So much nicer than the ER in a hospital.
The service was fast and all the employees were so polite. I will not use another emergency room service, after the great service I received at Texarkana emergency Center. Great job and Thank you!
