No one ever wants to have to seek emergency care for their child, but if you have to, Texarkana Emergency Center is the place you want to be! We took my son to be checked out, they were thorough, fast, and friendly! I have worked in the ER with these providers and the nursing staff, they are the best of the best! Everyone from Dr.Groom, to the nurses (Ray and Brian), to Kristen in Radiology went above and beyond! We appreciate the peace of mind they gave us! ❤️
Never been to a stand alone er and for now on will be visiting this one ONLY! The staff is extremely polite and respectful! Very well educated and ensures privacy. They are quick and the facility is extremely clean and welcoming! I would send anyone here for any of their emergent needs! Great Job TEC! Keep it up!
Had the unfortunate opportunity to visit the other night with my son. This is the BEST ER experience I have ever had! Efficient and very clean and quiet.
I went in for a sinus infection and got called back to the exam room no more than 2 minutes after I checked in with reception. The doctor; Erik Jacobsen was very professional and had a a genuine concern for my condition and well being. The staff was very nice and I was in and out in less than an hour! Will definitely come back!! I highly recommend! 😁
TEC is the best I took my baby girl in and before I could finish filling her paperwork out they were calling us to the back.....thanks so much you guys rock.....fast, great service great staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctor!!!! Much Love ❤💗

Very friendly service & quick to be seen! I was very pleased! I highly recommend them!
I was in extreme pain and the staff took me to the back right away. Within minutes, I had a diagnosis and was given meds to relieve the pain. I am not local to the area, but the staff was very helpful in directing me to the nearest 24 hour pharmacy. The staff was extremely helpful and caring and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing ER care.
