RecommendedI love this place! Second time to visit and they get you right in and attended to. Went to the dentist Thursday with tooth pain, it is split into & abscessed! Gave me nothing for pain. Could not eat or sleep. Was taking everything I had at home every hour, nothing stopped the pain. So I decided to go to Texarkana Emergency Center on Cowhorn Creek on Saturday. We live way over in Douglassville. Called to see if there was any sort of waiting time and was told no. So ok, we're headed their way. Then thought, wait, what about insurance. So called them back and sure enough, they take my insurance. So we travel in. Sure enough, as soon as I plop down in a chair, my name is called to go back. Thank goodness as I'm in excruciating pain. I would definitely recommend TEC I went in and had a diagnosis very quickly with a CT Scan and bloodwork. I did stay overnight for IV antibiotics and I can say they have a wonderful and caring staff.
Great staff Dr. Spence is the sweetest & we had absolutely no wait being seen !!
I can’t say enough good things about this facility! We are visiting and my 9 month old spiked fever. We arrived and were taken right back. My son was seen, x rayed and treated faster than I could complete the paper work! From the minute we walked in the door, the staff was welcoming, kind and wonderful! We are in Texarkana at least once a month and I am so happy to know there is such a wonderful office we can be seen should we ever have an Emergency!!!
They treated my son with the utmost care, very professional and attentive.
I initially took my youngest daughter to a clinic in DeQueen. We waited over an hour to see someone and she spent at most 5 minutes in the room with us. They only looked in her ears and at her throat. They didn't take her temperature, didn't look at the rash that I told them was on her belly and back, didn't feel of her lymph nodes that I told them were swollen, nothing.
