I highly recommend this facility! Get you back before you even get paper work filled out, everyone is always so nice and helpful! They even called me the next day to check on my child. My son said mom I want to go here for my Dr. lol I had to explain to him it’s a emergency facility to go to when our Dr. office is not open.
I started having severe abdominal pain on Saturday night around midnight. I knew what they were because I have had them before and hoped I could just wait them out like I have before. Plus, the flu was so rampant I didn't want to go sit in a room with a bunch of people coughing and spreading germs. By Monday morning though some things happened that convinced me that I HAD to go to the ER plus I had to have some relief from the pain! I have to give Texarkana Emergency Center a big shout out!!!!!!! They were very pleasant in welcoming me for the first time. They got me in and out in a timely manner. I really appreciated that. I like how the called and sent a card to check on me. That was awesome. Most places would not even check on you. If your ever feeling bad I would recommend going to see them. Great customer service!! Thank you again!!!!
Terrible neck pain. Went Friday AM. Short waiting time. everyone was so nice. Was feeling so much better by the afternoon.
