Literally worst customer service ever!!! I called last year trying to buy a used Tesla model X. Salesman wouldn't even talk to me since I wasn't buying new. They said they'd give "used sales" my number. NOONE ever called. I called several more times and gave up. Called again few days ago. 13 months later.
