Our car needed to go in for service and the team at Tesla in Charlotte was top notch. We pulled our car in, and we were greeted by Sam who listened to our issues and put in a more detailed service ticket for us. Every issue was handled with detail and care. We ended up needing a loaner car and we were able to get one big enough for our family.
