We had a great experience purchasing a new Tesla the car is very impressive the full driving mode is absolutely amazing very impressive. Purchasing was seamless, Sohan was our agent and he was very knowledgeable extremely helpful we highly recommend purchasing a Tesla. Purchased a vehicle over 30 days ago. Due to the payment process of ordering online I payed my order fee and delivery fee upfront . Upon picking up the vehicle I payed with a check financed through my credit union that included the delivery fee and order fee. I asked about the difference and when I’d receive the money for overpayment. They told me I’d receive a check within 30 days. After 30 days I followed up 3 separate occasions twice by phone and once in person. They explained the check would’ve been sent out give it 2/3 ... read more
They want you to do everything through the app and pay a $250 application fee up front. The app does not work very well and has issues. Very little help and minimal customer service. I finally gave up and lost my money.
