I scheduled a test drive for a Tesla Model Y and arrived on time for my appointment. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. After checking in, I was simply told to wait. No one kept me informed about the delay, and I watched employees walking around helping other customers while I was left waiting. Could not have had a better experience. I had an issue with my Tesla and it was towed to this location. Morgan on the sales team helped us when the service center was closed and made our experience so lovely and easy to get a loaner car. Jeff from service also worked after hours with Morgan to help us get a loaner car on the weekend. Following this, Jeff was nothing but incredible. He called me with updates. They are thoughtful and trustworthy. I have had no problem with communication here.
Worst service. After ordering model 3 lease and while waiting for the car (more than month delay due to blue color) they increased lease price and asking me to pay new price? So what is the point in ordering and paying $250? Whos mistake for the delay? None of the advisors are helpful. Never thought tesla so worst.
