I reached out to Tesla was given an appointment with Gage. He was very knowledgeable of all the vehicle features and options. I appreciate the opportunity to take the demo on a drive and having an opportunity to see if it was a good fit. Due to my budget, I settled on a 2023 model Y. The staff and team are awesome at this location. Highly recommended team and location!
Don’t expect any customer service from the service center. They don’t return calls or messages on the app. Even from something critical like flat tire.
They have lied multiple times about what they could do during the delivery of my vehicle. They told me I could get GAP insurance through the finance company I’m with, which turned out to be false. They also promised to make it right by giving me 3 months of Full Self Driving. At the beginning of this month, I called to follow up because it never showed up on my account.
