I made contact with Mike Doane a week prior to purchase. He is easy to communicate with. Upon arrival to TT, Mike put us with Karl Boyda. Karl was very straight forward and addressed all our concerns easily. Brian Mott in finance was very nice and easy to work with. I feel like I was treated fairly, well informed and I am very satisfied with my Equinox. I highly recommend the staff at Terry Thompson.

On Wednesday April 8, 2015, I visited USAA com and received a TrueCar price quote from Terry Thompson Chevrolet for a 2015 Colorado. I called that evening and spoke to John LaGreca and asked him to work up the out-the-door price and email it to me, which he did. I then called back and told him I would agree to the price. Never set foot in this dump. They treat 15 year customers like crap. Means nothing that you've bought 4 vehicles from them over the years.
I had a terrible experience with this dealership...I would go into further detail but I do not want them to delete my review...AGAIN.
Tried Terry Thompson because it was a local dealership. What a total waste of time. They were not willing to work with me. They got to a set of numbers and would not budge. I would not go back to the dealership and I would not recommend using or even stopping in there. Worst Chevy dealership I have ever been too.

I have a 2012 suburban ltz I purchased and have had multiple problems with and I am still having problems with. They will not give me a rental vehicle at no charge to do the repairs that is comparible to the vehicle i purchased i paid almost 50,000.00 dollars for this vehicle so i would expect they could get me a rental vehicle. VERY DISSAPOINTED AND WILL NOT BUY NOTHING ELSE FROM THEM.
