Met with John Lagreca today and had an awesome experience. All the people we met with at the dealership were polite and attentive to our needs. We purchased a Silverado 1500 today and it was made painless by the Terry Thompson staff. Got an awesome deal for an awesome vehicle.
Excellent costumer service !! John LaGreca the Internet sales manager is who fixed us up and not on the Internet either, he walked us all over that car lot and answered any question we had and gave us a great deal !! We drove off in a brand new 2016 Colorado that day. I'd highly recommend him and TerryThompson to anyone !!!

it should NEVER EVER take 4 hours to get an oil change/tire rotation with only 4 people in the waiting room.... if you go ANYWHERE else that will NOT happen....
