I highly recommend Terry Thompson Chevrolet and our salesman James Mateikat. James worked so hard to find out exactly what we wanted and worked tirelessly to find it for us. Went there with the intention of buying a Denali that day. I asked about my trade value. I had a print outs from NADA, KBB, amd one other value service all saying my trade was worth $28k. They offered me $22k. I laughed and they raised it to $23k. I promptly left. I thought maybe they knew something I didnt so I wemt to another dealer today who offered me the $28k. Ill be buying a vehicle from the other dealer in the next few days. They lost a sale. Dont plan on trading in here if you want amy value from your trade.

Service department is very very slow. Even with an appointment...they need to really reconsider how they do appointments. Hour after appointment hadn't even pulled vehicle into shop.

Pretty poor experience. That's the only time I've spent that much money and regretted it I would not recommend this place. I will however say the service folks bend over backwards to fulfill the sales departments empty promises.
