Verified Renter Apartments seem very out dated, cabinets are old and paint is peeling off. Love that central AC though, patio super muddy despite cleaning it. WiFi in gym and pool area are very minimal, can’t work while watching my son swim.

Verified Renter The grounds and upkeep is top notch. We recently had our buildings and windows power washed, fireplaces, and vents cleaned. The response to any issues I have had has been within minutes to the same day.

Verified Renter Overall, we really enjoy living in the apartment and appreciate the community. The regular maintenance is noticeable and helps keep the complex clean and welcoming. One improvement we’d love to see is the addition of EV charging stations. We do have one concern: during heavy rain, the area at the bottom of the stairs at Building 9 tends to flood, making it difficult to avoid walking through a puddle to reach the parking lot.
