Verified Renter Top notch staff who are incredibly responsive are a high point for the rental experience. They do a lot to make the complex welcoming and to build a sense of community. The amenities are nice and well-maintained. The location is excellent. Parking can be very challenging in parts of the complex. Trash and recycling fills up quickly, especially over the weekend, so that can be inconvenient. Rent increases can be extremely high and challenging to rationalize when considering staying or relocating.

5 plus stars I moved to ReNew earlier this year and am new to the complex but am not new to apartment living. So far anything that has come up has been typical for apartment living. Overall this is a very peaceful place to live. There many highlights this complex has including thoughtful amenities, beautifully maintained grounds and a very laidback culture. Verified Renter Apartments seem very out dated, cabinets are old and paint is peeling off. Love that central AC though, patio super muddy despite cleaning it. WiFi in gym and pool area are very minimal, can’t work while watching my son swim.
