Verified Renter I love living at renew because it's a safe and friendly community the amenities are great . I especially love the pool. The maintenance crew Paul,Sebatian,and Steve are the best maintenance guys. They are very respectful ,friendly and efficient.The girls that work in the office Katie and Jessica are awsome too.they plan great outdoor activities and are very friendly and easy to talk to . Verified Renter every problem that I’ve had the maintenance man and the people in the office get on it right away and it is done The property is always kept clean. I had an issue with a bug and the next day they were out with pest control, spraying my whole apartment.
