Renew Community Renew is a nice community to live in. There are great amenities and consistent upkeep of the grounds and units. The office staff are professional, welcoming and very helpful. Jessica and Katie are quick to answer any questions or concerns. The maintenance crew which includes Paul and Steve are always on site and resolve any issue in a timely and professional manner. Verified Renter All in all I’m happy we found a place. I’m just not happy with all we found wrong with the apartment upon move in. It was like issue after issue. They have done their best to fix the problems but these all should have been addressed before we moved in.
