Chris is awesome! Property is beautiful and my experience with the staff has been amazing! Chris is awesome! He's always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am extremely satisfied with my apartment. Always willing to help me out with any and everything - doesn't matter what it is. For example, I told him I was afraid of lighting my fireplace and he told me he would help me light it which I greatly appreciate! Definitely a great addition to the Terraces! Thank you!
Leasing Manager (Ryan) was great! We were in a very tough situation when we reached out to the Terraces to find an apartment for a specific move-in timeframe. Ryan was able to help us find an available unit and get us approved and signed in less than 48 hours. He even worked late one evening to get our paperwork finished up. Great living experience We’ve been living here approximately 2 years now and highly recommend The Terraces of Western Cranston. We had reached our retirement years and sold our home to have the liberty to travel freely(prior to Corona). The grounds and drive appeal are pleasant and appealing, always neat, with well manicured landscaping.
