Highly recommend! I moved from out of state and struggled to find an apartment that checked all the boxes. The Terraces met all of my needs! There is always plenty of parking for both myself and guests who may be visiting, maintenance requests are always promptly fulfilled - within 24 hours - and the property managers are extremely helpful & friendly. Amazing place to live! Phenomenal staff. Grounds are very well kept. So happy I chose this complex to live in. The staff makes the move-in process seamless, communication was excellent. The facilities are fantastic, the units are very nice and well lit. The pool and gym are kept very clean. The lots are always plowed promptly in the winter. Quiet, Lovely Apartments So quiet - rarely heard my neighbors or their dogs! Clean inside and out, good appliances and in the winter they were quick to salt and clear the walking paths, often before I even left for work around 7am. They work hard to make you feel at home and well taken care of. The check-in and move-out processes were so easy and the staff is ultra accommodating. I would still be living here if not for a work relocation!
Best Apartments in RI The Terraces are fantastic. The office team is top notch, the layout makes it quiet and private, there is loads of storage space (the closets are truly massive), all appliances are kept up to date, repairs are done hassle-free and very promptly and it's pet-friendly. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else!
Highly Recommend! Katie, Steve, Ryan and the rest of the staff make this a truly AMAZING place to live. We moved here from the UK and they made us feel right at home from day 1. We loved it so much, I convinced two of my friends to move into the complex, too! It's super pet-friendly, the grounds are kept clean, there's ample free parking and the office is awesome at getting any repairs fixed right away (our dryer broke on the weekend mid-cycle and they had it repaired with an hour!). Best apartments in the area hands down!
Terrible There are dogs barking all the time, which ruins your weekends if you were to stay home. Heating systems blows air from the ceiling, which is terribly inefficient and never heats up your place to the desired temperature. It's gas heating, but it only works if there is electricity. You can't drill holes to hang any shelves on the walls, because you'll get charged for it. As a result, there is a lot of vertical space that can't be used. Amazing Place to Live!! This place is so nice! The closets are huge the kitchens are amazing! The people who work there and live there are so nice. I have lived in a lot of different places and this is by far the best. Make this your first choice!
apartment management the terraces of western cranston are clean safe and attractive. they are always renovating,updating and cleaning. it has a large pool,club house,tennis court and dog park of which you are able to have 2 animals per apartment. the apartments have their own washer and dryers also each has a fireplace. the area is conviently located to many restaurants and shopping centers.the maintainance and office employers are kind,kowledgeable and quick to resolve any situation.
