Beautiful When first arriving at The Terraces, I immediately noticed how beautiful the grounds were. The people that lived there were friendly, asked if I’d be moving in soon and greeted me with smiles. Then I met Ryan, who took me on a tour and showed me the amenities in the community. Great neighbors and pet friendly! All of our neighbors here are kind and respectful. The Terraces is also very welcoming to our dog. There’s plenty of places to walk him and the dog park area is a very convenient and safe place to let him off his leash.
10 Stars! I have been working with Ryan since January, anticipating a May move in date. Despite everything going on, Ryan made sure my move could still happen, was available to answer all of my questions (there were many), and was extremely accommodating. Upon moving in, I had a minor issue in my apartment and maintenance was in my unit within 5 minutes fixing the problem. Thanks to everyone here for making my relocation from PA so easy and pleasant. I look forward to enjoying my time at this beautiful property.

AMAZING STAFF Living in the terraces has been nothing shy of amazing. The people who work here are extremely helpful, especially Ryan! He is always willing to help with whatever request is had- even looking after my kitten! Amenities are great, and I am beyond happy to have lived here for almost two years now!
Excellent!! Perfect location, near shopping & dining but far enough away from the noise of nearby Atwood Avenue. Very modern units with super amenities. The grounds and units are well maintained, rent is reasonable and Ryan was great to work with. He made it super easy with excellent communication so I could move in timely. Care is definitely taken to provide the best experience. I highly recommend!
Highly recommend! I moved from out of state and struggled to find an apartment that checked all the boxes. The Terraces met all of my needs! There is always plenty of parking for both myself and guests who may be visiting, maintenance requests are always promptly fulfilled - within 24 hours - and the property managers are extremely helpful & friendly. Amazing place to live! Phenomenal staff. Grounds are very well kept. So happy I chose this complex to live in. The staff makes the move-in process seamless, communication was excellent. The facilities are fantastic, the units are very nice and well lit. The pool and gym are kept very clean. The lots are always plowed promptly in the winter.
