Highly recommend I’ve been living here over a year now and highly recommend it. The grounds are really nice, it’s pet friendly and the location is awesome. After learning that I broke my wrist, Ryan went above and beyond when he offered then delivered my packages to my door numerous times. Ryan, Sam and the entire staff are always cheerful and accommodating. You will ?? living here!
Incredibly Welcoming Management Staff I have really enjoyed living at The Terraces. The apartment has a nice layout and having a washer and dryer in unit is definitely a plus. The community itself is very homey and is located right next to a quiet neighborhood while being very close to some solid restaurants and grocery stores. Beautiful When first arriving at The Terraces, I immediately noticed how beautiful the grounds were. The people that lived there were friendly, asked if I’d be moving in soon and greeted me with smiles. Then I met Ryan, who took me on a tour and showed me the amenities in the community. The pool is gorgeous and the gym and yoga area are spacious. My children and I were in love with the apartment as soon as we stepped in. Ryan, the leasing manager has been excellent to work with; well after we signed the lease. He is prompt and professional. We look forward to continue to call the Terraces our home!
Great neighbors and pet friendly! All of our neighbors here are kind and respectful. The Terraces is also very welcoming to our dog. There’s plenty of places to walk him and the dog park area is a very convenient and safe place to let him off his leash.
10 Stars! I have been working with Ryan since January, anticipating a May move in date. Despite everything going on, Ryan made sure my move could still happen, was available to answer all of my questions (there were many), and was extremely accommodating. Upon moving in, I had a minor issue in my apartment and maintenance was in my unit within 5 minutes fixing the problem. Thanks to everyone here for making my relocation from PA so easy and pleasant. I look forward to enjoying my time at this beautiful property.

AMAZING STAFF Living in the terraces has been nothing shy of amazing. The people who work here are extremely helpful, especially Ryan! He is always willing to help with whatever request is had- even looking after my kitten! Amenities are great, and I am beyond happy to have lived here for almost two years now!
Excellent!! Perfect location, near shopping & dining but far enough away from the noise of nearby Atwood Avenue. Very modern units with super amenities. The grounds and units are well maintained, rent is reasonable and Ryan was great to work with. He made it super easy with excellent communication so I could move in timely. Care is definitely taken to provide the best experience. I highly recommend!
