AWESOME Love love love this apartment building and the people! The view of Birmingham is AMAZING!! Just absolutely breath taking! Very nice and clean apartments. The office manager, Marie, was just as amazing as the view. She was so friendly and very professional from the beginning. She called me back right away and was always there for questions or concerns I had! She made me feel right at home!
Love it! Living here is easy! The staff is amazing! Marie, the manager, is incredibly nice and informative! She was always quick to get back to me and always prepared to answer my questions. Rubin, the grounds keeper is also a hoot and super easy to get along with. The grounds are kept in pristine condition too, which is a huge plus. The staff in combination with the amazing views makes for a no brainer!
Amazing sunsets I love these apartments!! I lived in a studio and had the best views night after night. Marie, the manager, was always quick to text back whenever their was an issue. She even set up a local band to perform in the parking during the pandemic, which was Such a treat after such a long quarantine.
Great place I have been here for 2 years and this is a great place. Close by to UAB, Regions Field ,a short drive to Legions Field. great places to eat near by. If you need medical care that too is close .They just adding new laundry machines. In the summer the pool is always clean. New outside lights have been added this summer.All in all you can't find a nicer place. Marie and Ruben are at your service, both are very friendly to talk to.
Great Property I recently rented at apartment at Terrace Apartments and love my apartment. The manager, Marie was so helpful and made me love the property before I ever officially moved in. The application process was quick and effortless. The day of move in, Marie had all paperwork ready so it didn’t take long to get everything finalized. My apartment was awesome, clean and such a beautiful view. If you ever need a new place to live, you should go see Marie and let her help you like she helped me.
Great Place to Stay I've loved here for a year now, and it's great. Marie is the nicest landlord ever and maintenance quickly fixes any issues you have. The neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to UAB and nice food places. The apartments are also nice and spacious.
Worst treatment received I had issues as bug appeared at all times. I emailed the property manager, Marie, many times but she never replied. Just when I put a copy to their managers I had a reply. There was a shooting and murder in the apartments more than 3 months ago and we have not received any information from the agency. I was told that they provide accommodation but no security and that I should stop looking at my mobile and start looking around.
