You call and leave messages and never get a call back. You better call a week early for refills because it takes them forever and multiple phone calls……my suggestion is find another provider. Terrible service!
My husband and I have both had to go back into the office to resolve prescription issues after pharmacy stated on several occasions that they have not received prescription from doctors office. A delay of one or two days is understandable but over a week, sometimes longer, is not.
