My family moved to this area. My previous VA told me my records would transfer. Tennessee Valley VA knows NOTHING about that. I was told that I would have to start my care over again. I spent months attempting to transfer my records to finally find out it is a lost cause. I was told that the VA says your records go with you, but realistically they don’t.
