the staff was pleasant however the physician that I saw completely dismissed my problem and had no solution. I will definitely be going somewhere else for a second opinion

My husband had glaucoma surgery today. He was 90% blind in the right eye. His eye was full of a milky substance and had dried blood and fresh blood in it. Dr Moore did the surgery. Can't wait to see the results tomorrow. He will have cataract surgery on both eyes in the next few weeks. The eye Institute is excellent. Very organized and friendly.

I have had numerous eye issues and been seen multiple times by different doctors at Baptist Eye Surgeons. They have definitely earned my respect. I knew if their office trusted TVEC, then I should have no hesitation having surgery there. I had complete faith in Dr. Pruett for both surgeries I needed this summer. He went out of his way each time to answer my questions about surgery and try to put me at ease. Eye surgery can be very intimidating, but Dr. Pruett always had the patience I needed to try and make it the best exper... read more

The office staff is inept. We were scheduled FIRST this morning, but countless people were called back ahead of us because of a "clerical" error. In addition, they handed my sister, the patient, a stack of paperwork that belonged to someone else totally. Talk about a HIPAA violation! Dr. Gene Price is an outstanding surgeon, but he really needs to reconsider this particular staff at TN Valley Eye Center.

Business response:

We are very sorry you were unhappy with your experience, and we apologize that TVEC did not meet your expectations. We would be happy to discuss your concerns. We strive for excellence in everything we do, and there is nothing more important to us than happy patients whose sight has been restored.
