My wife, who is a stroke survivor, had a sprained ankle on her left foot. The left side is her post stroke weak side. We were sent to TOC to see Dr Reagan. I must say that it was the worst interaction I have ever had with a doctor. He is chronically late and seems proud of it. He ordered an MRI of her foot. She was to have it done in THEIR office on THEIR machine. We arrived for the appointment at 9:45 am only to find out THEIR machine was not accessible.
