Be truthful and improve customer service: Parents were at TOC WALK IN CLINIC -sent there by Cardiac surgeon. They arrived at 11:30am 2 hours. They close at 12 for lunch. They told mom if she was back by 1 they would have appointment then. Mom had to go home and get insurance cards. John stayed. Well she lied. Mom was here before 1 as she told mom. Great Doctors and they take great care of you,
everyone seems to always be so compassionate and listens. takes their time so I don't feel like they are just herding cattle thru. I've been to other orthopedic clinics but this one by far surpasses.
They are good people the stuff is very sweet to their patients thank you for caring
